VATRO is managed by elected officers and Board of Directors. Your participation as an active member will strengthen VATRO's position with the state legislature and local governments in providing influence and guidance for the positive advancement of the towing industry in Virginia. VATRO was founded in 1979 and is the oldest towing Association in Virginia, that welcomes all towers to their membership. ( That are approved by our board of Directors and Officers.)
